CLOUDZME FZE ("CLOUDZME", "we", "our", or "us") operates SMEBOX.ai, an AI-powered business management platform. By accessing or using SMEBOX.ai you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By registering for or using SMEBOX.ai you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the legal authority to bind the business entity on whose behalf you are using the Service, and that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SMEBOX.ai provides cloud-based business management software including CRM, invoicing, procurement, expense management, support desk, inventory tracking, cash flow management, reporting, workflow automation, and AI-assisted tools (collectively, the "Service"). We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion and will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@support.smebox.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use standards.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at sign-up. All fees are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell Customer Data to third parties. Upon termination of your account, you may export your data in accordance with our data export facilities before the account is closed.
SMEBOX.ai includes optional AI-assisted features. When you use these features, your inputs and relevant contextual data may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You should not submit highly sensitive personal data, regulated financial data, or confidential information through AI features unless you are comfortable with the applicable third-party provider's terms.
SMEBOX.ai and all related software, trademarks, logos, and content are the intellectual property of CLOUDZME FZE or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding, trademarks, or intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose.
We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLOUDZME FZE and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLOUDZME FZE and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Sections 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of the Terms is always available at smebox.ai/terms.
